Celebrating Success with our newly qualified Teaching Assistants

We are thrilled to announce that two of our apprentices have recently qualified as Teaching Assistants! Kyrah has successfully completed her Early Years Practitioner Level 2, and Eloise has earned her Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification.

Their courses involved a combination of on-the-job hours and dedicated study time. For six hours a week, they stepped out of the classroom to focus on various modules including child behavior, curriculum, continuous professional development (CPD), and insights from child psychologists. This comprehensive training was complemented by their hands-on experience, learning directly from other Teaching Assistants in our classrooms.

Kyrah and Eloise’s work was grounded in the policies and work ethic at Penn Hall. They had the opportunity to showcase how our unique curriculum helps students excel in life skills and gain independence.

We are incredibly proud of their achievements and delighted to welcome them as fully qualified members of the Penn Hall family!
